OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 is applicable to chemicals, texitel and all production stages including texile and non-textile accessories.
From 1 April 2018 OGM identification tests and new limitations on different chemical substances have been introduced in all the classes of products included in the following lists:

A.CHI.MO had various products analyzed (softener, leveling agents, defoamers, etc.) from CENTROCOT LABORATORY obtaining  OEKO TEX STANDARD 100 CERTIFICATION.

GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD (GOTS V. 5.0)

The GOTS acronym for Global Organic Textile Standard is an internationally recognized standard which is based on an independent certification and concerns the entire chain for the creation of added value, from the production to the distribution of products made with at least 70% of natural fibers from organic agriculture. The aim is to guarantee the final consumer organic textile products obtained in compliance according with strict environmental and social criteria applied at all levels of production. A.CHI.MO. has certified some auxiliaries used on organic textile fibers. These products have been assessed and approved by ICEA, the Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification, passing the verification of the toxicological and ecotoxicological characteristics required by the Gots regulation. GOTS Letter of Approval for A.CHI.MO.

ZERO DISCHARGE OF HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS (ZDHC 3.1)

The ZDHC acronym for Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals was born to achieve the goal of eliminating the discharges of harmful chemicals. To support companies in the elimination of hazardous chemicals, the ZDHC has drawn up a list of substances whose manufacture must be eliminated or limited (MRSL acronym for Manufacturing Restricted Substances List) and continuously updates guidelines and protocols on compliance guidelines. ROADMAP TO ZERO. For the publication and sharing of data, A.CHI.MO. has registered on the ZDHC gateway, where it is possible to view its products at the various compliance levels.

GUARATEES CONTINUOS IMPROVEMENT THROUGH THE UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 QUALITY CERTIFICATION

A.CHI.MO. guarantees continuous improvement through the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 quality certification. This Certification and therefore the adoption of a Quality Management System represents for A.CHI.MO. not only a strategic decision but also a valid tool to identify and satisfy the requirements of the interested parties through an approach for processes in which they put themselves a series of operating procedures and / or interventions and / or measures are in progress that pursue improvement objectives in terms of organizational efficiency and efficacy on results and product quality. This result is achieved through the QUALITY POLICY.

GREEN TO WEAR (GTW)

Green To Wear is a standard for obtaining an article that protects the health of the consumer. GTW was born and developed by Inditex Group in compliance with the strictest product health and safety legislation and operates in such a way that the limited substances, if any, do not exceed the limits set. A.CHI.MO. provides the tests carried out on its auxiliaries as indicated in the mrsl (Manufacturing Restricted Substances List). GTW is applicable on clothing, footwear, accessories and / or fabrics products supplied to Inditex Group.
